Responsibilities
Assists in the supervision of staff members in all areas of operations including monitoring lobby teller line daily for maximum coverage, coaching and motivating tellers in attaining referral goals. Processes customer transactions, promotes and refers bank products and services, and performs a variety of operational duties.
Qualifications
Must be an energetic team player who is able to motivate and guide employees while meeting strict deadlines. Must be detail-oriented and able to use discretion when completing customer transactions. Must be tactful and possess a pleasant personality. Good customer relations skills essential for frequent customer contact. At least three years' experience as a teller and or cross/trained to perform supervisory duties. Experience in back area operations such as general ledger, proof, and operations reports helpful. Must be flexible to work on Saturdays on a rotation basis.
